Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.

3. Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our salon. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 
Tuesday        10am - 9pm
Wednesday  10am - 9pm
Thursday      10am - 9pm
Friday            9am - 5pm
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship only within Australia. For international orders, please contact our customer service for more information.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Shipping Issues

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hey@mamawest.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

7. Shipping Restrictions

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Some regions may have additional shipping restrictions. Please contact us if you are unsure.

8. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send through any photos of defective orders to hey@mamawest.com.au with your name and order number. 

9. Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 day. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
